Hey Joel, We recently rented a reefer from Kelly Freezer in CT for treating some taxidermy. We set it to -30C. Datalogger reported -27 to -28C, doing two batches over several weeks. This was over the winter in Maine, so maybe less challenging than Virginia in the summertime. Power hookup
