Although is ok you want to do this, unfortunately the upstream state of glest is not that nice as we'd want. Also, I am not even sure if there will be any subsequent glest release[1] because of the messy situation of the glest upstream. BTW Miriam, is there any hope about contact with these guys? I kind of managed to get in contact with tucho (one of the artists); he simply said that the artwork is distributable, butu never mentioned a license, iirc, but he never replied to my second mail where I was requesting exact details[2].
