A new upstream release of freecol is available.
My previous attempt to contact the direct maintainer, Vincent Fourmond,
yielded no reply, so now I'm sending the message to the entire team, as well
as to him again, just in case.

As a result of my Ubuntu pre-FF rush, and because upstream provides a .zip, we
have now ended up with a different orig.tar.gz in Ubuntu (I admit, it's my
fault), which means that a sync will be impossible until the next upstream
release.
