This bug is known and reported to the mozplugger package
(#445361). And reported under ubuntu too. But doesn't semm to be
reported to evince under debian.
So evince can open a pdf under terminal : for example :

Also, choosing View - Reload results in a couple of hundred copies of
cairo context error: NULL pointer on the console -- not sure if this
is new.
