libqgissqlanyconnection2.2.0 is only installed as a dependency of
qgis-sqlanywhere.

SQL Anywhere is proprietary software, so the installation of
qgis-sqlanywhere is not recommended by the qgis package.

You need to install this package explicitly if you want to use QGIS in
combination with the SQL Anywhere database.

As long as the qgis-sqlanywhere package is not installed, there is no
reason to have libqgissqlanyconnection2.2.0 installed.
