can libcommons-net-java depend only on -headless java runtime packages?
Ubuntu has it allready done this way:
- http://packages.ubuntu.com/de/intrepid/i386/libcommons-net-java

Of course, liboro-java needs to do the same, otherwise the effect would
be nullified
