This package fails to build with default-jdk pointing to openjdk-9-jdk.
Please fix it, so that we can start the transition to Java 9.

Using _ as an identifier is not allowed at -source 9; use older -source
or fix the code.

The package is a very old version; upstream fixed the code > 6 years
ago, so updating would probably fix it.
