I am rejecting simple-xml. Debian/copyright states the files are LGPL-2.1
but I cannot find anywhere in the file headers nor any COPYING or LICENSE

Sorry, but this is still the case for me, I don't know why.
I changed the port from a port above 5, which seems not allowed any more
to port 46949. now I can see only ipv6 ports open:
