I'm looking at svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-java/trunk/commons-daemon (while
working on a private fix for bug #578661) and noticed a few problems
specifically with r10449:
1) The changes made in r8513 were reverted for no obvious reason.
In particular, the debian/watch file is still/again specifying
