Removing files from CVS on Alioth

Hi, it appears that for the next version of libforms-java, hopefully to be uploaded, certain files in the debian directory are not required anymore (one patch and a TODO file). As CVS doesn't offer the possibility to remove a file, how should this be handled? Thanks, Eric -- Eric de France,
