Eclipse-jdt's postinst seemed to pick Kaffe (1.1.4.PRE1.1.5) as the JRE
to run the initial configuration setup program, but unfortunately this
combination didn't seem to work as even as my system is powered by
2.8 GHz Pentium 4 the setup continued forever. My patience ended after
few minutes, so I don't know if it would have finished eventually. With
a genuine Sun JDK I have installed in /opt, the setup took only seconds.
I would have had also Blackdown Java packages installed and alternatives
system has been set so that /usr/bin/java points to that version.

It seems to be only a warning, and eclipse seems running fine, but this
is still a bit scary. According to the kaffe message, it's a bug in the
java compiler used. This should be fixed if possible, or at least hide
this message during setup, for the peace of mind of sarge users.

Thanks,

Daniel

 Colleagues,
I have been working on a middle-ground sort of approach. Andrew
Vaughan's submission is similar to what I have envisioned; a
command-line parameter that can override the default priority for a
given JRE/JDK. This preserves the favoring of free software, while
still supporting non-free; it's the best compromise I can come up with
right now. Gotta go, very busy at work.

I'm ok with the command-line proposal. Barry, many thanks for your work.

 missing build dependency?

No, missing versioned build-dependency to kaffe (= 2:1.1.6.91-1)
Missed that the bootstrap is not via ant, so its directly impacted
by the kaffe transition and needs (as only package) versioned build
dependency on kaffe.

Will do it in the next upload.
Thanks for noticing.

DKDY has been managing the operations of the park and thus benifit from the

Our Take On It.

DKDY is a solid company with a number of influencial divisions internationally.
There climb from $0.65 has certainly excited our members and brought them great
returns. With Announcements of their curent projects proceeding as planned and
increases in revenue following we expect to see more price jumps tomorrow and
Wed.

Read the details of their agreement, review the past month, and get on this
stock
in the morning.
