The CDK needs upgrading to 1.2.x, and working on that... JChemPaint can be a separate package after that, and I will work on that too. However, first ant-contrib needs to be packages, see ITP #485708, before libcdk-java can be updated for 1.2.x. There is also the issue of libjgrapht-java
