Status of new lilv and sratom libs in Sid?

Hi I noticed that many of the updated LV2 support libs from Drobilla have found their way into Sid very quickly however lilv and sratom are still not present at least not in i386. I was just curious if there were problems or reasons for delay as it would be nice to have the complete set updated
