Dear Maintainer,
I have sent this patch to yesterday. Duplicating it here.
I have found a security problem in crtmpserver in December 2015, still
exists.
The problem is any rtmp streams generators like web cams, ffmpeg, etc
can send

saying
"do not support this render mode".
Source code shows those are conditionned by GLES support, and rebuilding locally
with GLES detected by configure allows me to use modes 2
