Icecast 2.4.0 seems to be quite buggy:

I think version 2.4.1 might be a better choice for Jessie: it's basically a bug
fixing release with no new features.

Hi,
I am experiencing the problem I detail below with Audacity 2.0.6, for which
I already contacted the Audacity team. They think it is a Debian related
problem, as Audacity does not support building with wxWidgets v. 3* yet,
while Audacity 2.0.6 build in Debian requires libwxgtk3.0-dev

Could you try with these options?
-vo=xv -vf=expand=1440/900
Apparently they are needed to trigger the crash. I forgot I had them
in my mpv.conf.
Still can't reproduce. You can try using the
Processing control commands:
found -1 0.8.2-1+ffmpeg
