Dear Maintainer,
I'm also affected. Morituri is no more longer usable as it always fail with the
same error message as in the opening report.
Morituri from jessie can't be installed due to missing gstreamer0.10-*
dependencies so I
It's working now without any problem.
I don't know wether it's due to the last VLC update on my Laptop
(testing) or if it's caused by updating my server (and so minidlna) to
jessie.
But from my side this could be assumed as fixed in jessie.

VLC is still getting stuck in 90% the cases I'm trying to access minidlna. I'll
