btw, why do you need mplayer_nice in the first place? afaiu, qemplayer is an qt frontend to mplayer, and does not need realtime I/O priorities any more than mplayer itself. mplayer_nice is key feature of qemplayer. Realtime I/O priority for MPlayer is needed when some other application is fully
