Hello,
http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=1555release_id=31185 has 1.2.10, but there
is no matching .tar.gz, just .gem (which means uscan didn't notice it).
Could you have a look at packaging it?

I made our own libeventmachine-ruby 1.2.10 package in February. Sources
are on GitHub : http://github.com/albanpeignier/eventmachine-debian.
We're using the same sources for a lenny-backport (packages available on
debian.tryphon.org).
