The error after emptying folder are this:

Gems in the groups development and test were not installed.
Use `bundle info [gemname]` to see where a bundled gem is installed.

AFAICT this is a new/similar instance of #814411, i.e. just a path issue for
libjvm.so. For instance, rjb works for me again if I do:
