systemd build-depends on liblz4-tool but that package is no longer build
from src:lz4 (since 1.9.4-2, uploaded about a week ago). Just replacing
the dependency with lz4 seems to fix this problem

Interestingly, today it worked when I wanted to reproduce the issue.

Hi,
after 13 years, I decided to step down as systemd maintainer and I've
removed myself as Uploader from all systemd related packages at
https://salsa.debian.org/systemd-team/, turned off gitlab notifications
and unsubscribed from pkg-systemd-maintainers@l.a.d.n
I think it's time to move on
