Building Flatpak depends on libdwarf-dev currently but Flatpak uses only
the dwarf.h header which is also provided by libdw-dev.
This bug serves to clarify which of the libraries should be used. Is there
an advantage of using one over the other? libdw on jessie

libxdg-app-dev has a dependency on xdg-app but this should rather be
libxdg-app0 which is the package that has the library for which
libxdg-app-dev has the headers.
