One way to do this would be to define an other custom action:
In Thunar, Edit Configure custom actions
Add a new action:
Basic tab:
Name: Open Terminal Here
Command: exo-open --working-directory %d --launch TerminalEmulator
Appearance Conditions tab:
Select everything except

Actually, I can reproduce this by clicking on the À propos button in
the xfce4-weather-plugin.
So the problem might be in some of the common dependencies...

You're right. This option was set to TRUE and changing to FALSE solve
