When building ports with X.Org 7.2RC2 (xenocara), the Gtk+2 configure
script picks up the new x11.pc pkg-config file but fails to use it
correctly (it ignores CFLAGS).
The attached patch fixes that, and doesn't change the behaviour with
X.Org 6.9.0 (XF4).
