Unbreak after the x264 update (problem first noticed by naddy@, no

While here, sort (and reformat) WANTLIB and LIB_DEPENDS.
This needs some real testing, especially with
multimedia/mjpegtools,quicktime (which seems to be the only port
depending on libquicktime).

If I do another bulk run of WANTLIB fixes, I'll rewrite any broken
ones into the format output by lib-depends-check, sorry but that job
