Update sqlite2mdoc to 0.1.4. From MAINTAINER.
Here's an update of scipy to 1.1.0.
I've removed the BROKEN-* variables in the hope that enough code has
changed that they might work. If not, we can add those BROKEN tags back
as needed.
Tested on amd64. ok?

1. some tests fail because of a warning from xz/lzma when run with

It's been a long time since the last update. We leap over one bugfix
release.
Please find below a simple diff to the latest TLS 5.9 release. I really
don't expect any problems but a i368/amd64 bulk would be helpful.

Does someone already started porting gzdoom? I would like to port it.
At first I wasn't sure we would need another doom engine, but this one does
opengl rendering and allow to play lot of mods which some are real games. And
good news, last release compile just fine.
