This bumps stagit from 0.9.2 to 0.9.3:
* The Makefile of stagit was changed to pass the libgit2 CFLAGS and LDFLAGS
separately. It now uses LIBGIT_INC and LIBGIT_LIB.
* This release adds support for unveil(2).
