I figured the solution. I changed the original
master.cf line for spamchk to include recipient in curly braces in argv=, just
sender and mail
header to is postfix-users@postfix.org
Is that true? Any tips how to fix it?

It's too late to reject the mail that's already in your queue,
better to identify the spam and discard it.

requeue all mail.
