Hi Tim and all, Thank you first for your response and proposal, Tim. Let me just reply to Tim's proposal and add a few words to my colleague Yoshiro's comment to explain our thoughts on this issue. As Tim suggested, to first change the bylaws to allow multiple terms before the next election
