Thank you to all of you who have so promptly responded to this request to
reduce your CCADB logins until August 5.

If you do need to make updates to the CCADB before August 5, we ask that
you consolidate your CA's logins to one account one day per week.

I appreciate the email that I have received explaining your CCADB usage,
summarized below.

Login to the CCADB to update data:
- Create a Case or respond to a comment on a Case
- Respond to a CCADB Survey
- Update data related to your CA, root certificates, intermediate
certificates, documents, self-assessments.

For the CCADB usage listed above, would it be reasonable to ask CAs to
consolidate their CCADB logins to one account one day per week? Two days
per week? Other?
Or do you have other ideas about how to encourage the above behavior while
managing our monthly login allowance?
We would like to document expected usage/behavior, and we may still
increase our monthly login allowance based on the results of this
discussion.

Reasons that CA POCs login to the CCADB more than one day per week on a
regular basis:
- Check progress of a Case
- Check for any new tasks listed in CCADB Home page
- Check details of intermediate certificate records
- Check for pending items requiring attention in CCADB

Would you (CA POCs) be interested in public reports that provide the
information listed above for all CAs?

Or would you prefer to receive a regular email that provides the
information listed above?
Opt-in? Daily? Weekly? Customizable?

Or would you prefer to only receive email when there are pending items
requiring your attention in the CCADB?

Thanks,
Kathleen
