I downloaded python 3.7.3 which is the latest version of python for windows. And I was going to download Pygame via pip in Python. and I found out that the scripts folder in Python is literally empty. so I was not able to use pip to install Pygame.. I tried reinstalling over and over, but I have kept getting the empty scripts folder.
