Terry J. Reedy added the comment: It is not clear what you did differently to get a different result. I changed the title since it seems that idlelib code is not the direct problem. -- title: [2.7] test_idle fails with: /usr/bin/xvfb-run: line 181: 3617 Segmentation fault -> [2.7]
