but why you reported it against python-scipy?

ipython -> ipython
pylab -> python-matplotlib

Doing so, the information below are inaccurate and can't lead to a
fast resolution of the bug (if any).

This could generate any sort of inconsistent behaviour: you should
differentiate priorities for different suite (so different, also).
