You can find some pyside2 packages in following Ubuntu PPA
sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:thopiekar/pyside-git
sudo apt-get update
apt-get install python3-pyside2
For a quick test you can try to compile the packages in Debian testing.
