http://tinkerer.me/ requires sphinx 1.6 (and a few other extensions i'm
using too).

Sphinx has 916 reverse dependencies, so every new release should be thoroughly
tested before uploading.

My plan is to upload 1.5 to unstable within a couple of weeks, and only then
start working on 1.6 in experimental.

Are any particular features or bugfixes in 1.6 that you need? If yes then it
may be easier to backport them.
