This is not from cosmetic changes. If cc are off it keeps off. This is due to
the interlanguage links without preleading colon. This is normaly interpreted
as iw-links. cosmetic changes is fixed for this stuff but add_text isn't yet.

When I use -noreorder everything is working OK :) and interwikis
stay in their place.
