Nothing is listening at https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/ HTTPS used to respond, but it would provide an invalid certificate, forcing the user to confirm the navigation. Now HTTPS seems to be gone altogether. I'm not sure if this was deliberate or not, or even if it should be changed, I
