We are happy to announce that the course “Introduction to R for biologists and
other students of the natural sciences” will be given again this year in late
April and May, funded by the graduate programme Physical Sciences at the
University of Gothenburg. The course (3 hp) is an introduction to
a couple of times and also specify the matrix types in the model.
Good luck!

Dear Krzysztof,
I would agree with Liam that it would be most sensible to treat {02} as an
intermediate condition between {0} and {2}. I have not explored
phytools::make.simmap() in detail so I apologize in advance, if what I suggest
below can be done there (probably then in an easier way).
