My new Clem with basket rack. I like it a lot, and it mounted easily. The
Clem does have a lot of eyelets.

got distracted by the beautiful view of Kent Lake. Front wheel caught a rut
and down I went. The end of the handlebars punched me in the rib and
cracked one. Too painful to ride after that, so I hiked out about 8 miles.

Yes, I agree. The Big Apples were cushy but
I had Big Apple 50s on my orange QB. Here's a pic <https://bit.ly/2QYhdeZ>.
Close fit, and not much room for adjusting forward/backward, but quite
comfy.

I have a slipping post on my new Clem too. Vince told me a 27 won't fit. He
said they could knurl the post to fix the problem. Luckily they're just
down the street from me so I'm going to stop by and let them knurl away.
Give them a call. They'll help.

I've been using Thin Gripsters without a problem, but Rob's review
convinced me. I was in need of pedals for the Clem I'm building, and I
found the Vice for about $35. At first I thought the price was per pedal,
but no, that's for two. So seems like a pretty good deal.
