Yes, it's my bike of choice for sure. I took it into the Adirondacks loaded
with a basket and rear panniers just before PBP for a week. It can do
almost anything I ask of it.
My others are a Bianchi from the 80s (that I sorta restored and take to
Florida in the winters) and
I have a 2tt Sam that I am taking out for long staycation tours of my area.
I didn't notice the extra ounces of the 2nd tube over a 300k last weekend,
but did appreciate the comments about the bike when I stopped for supplies.
