Concur with Taylor on Crust shipping. I thought their shipping charges were insane but actual shipping was a lot less and they refunded the difference after they created the shipping label. You can call/e-mail to verify but that was my experience the two times I bought from them last year.

I agree, centerpull brakes might be the best option. The Paul Racers should work great, but may require a bit of tire deflation to mount the wheel, depending upon the width of your tires. Mafac raid or Compass bolt ons should also work equally well, but expensive. I have not tried the DiaCompe
