Does the CMS Version 11.1 works with IE 11? I just upgraded the server
from 10. In fact the 10 did not work with IE 11.

I saw that setting in the media element and it is currently set that way.
I do not see that setting in the anchor element.
I have a feeling this goes deeper than that.
It does not behave the same way with the original code and I am wondering
if the reason for that lies in the
IE 10 is supported. IE 11 is just released in the last month. Officially
support doesn't typically come until the next release or service pack.

(except the publishing server) and want to jump directly to V11.1.

I think there have been improvements in virtualization as well. RD and
services use this heavily. If you have well maintained fast servers virtual
or not they should be fine. If you have a farm on old hardware or where
there are more images than underlying resources swapping could

I installed the latest from Simply Red website just now and I am getting a
blank page on the popup dialogue with an Close and Save button only
showing. It is more than what I got before.
I am in IE9 and Compatibility View.

Please have a look at the anchor settings, it should really be there, and
the media placeholder shouldn't have such setting.
In the worst case, you can have those document wrapper pages published and
do these 2 things:
1. have the robot meta set to no, so search
