I have the same symptoms with my LG GSA-E40L. inserting a DVD-RW or CD-RW, the
icon disapears from nautilus and i cannot acces it anymore. if i do mount

Empathy has nothing to do with proxy stuff, connection issues and so
on. You need to check which specific telepathy CM you are using. That
should be easy to check with 'ps -A | grep telepathy'. My guess would be
that only telepathy-haze works (using GNOME's proxy settings).

I am having this problem on my new notebook running Ubuntu 10.04, and I
did a little source code reading. At least on my hardware the problem is
caused by the processing of mouse move events, where the event state
mask happens to have the 0x2000 bit set. This bit is not defined in the
gdktypes.h

Same problem here. Except for me if i go from hibernate it does this,

was re-syncing, a replacement sdb also faulted during re-syncing. The

I understand this isn't severe but in the interests of trying to solve a
problem would it be possible to define an element in the XML definition
which is equivalent to saying 'This domain supports ACPI'. If this flag
is set ( it can default to off) then those who know their domain
