Before this change, libsamsung-ril was using libsamsung-ipc as a static library. However, libsamsung-ipc is dynamically linked to libcrypto. Statically linking libsamsung-ril to libsamsung-ipc results in the following errors, which disapear when using dynamic linking: rfs.c:50: error:
