Location for publishing source tarballs

Hi all, As requested by bmwiedemann, we now have a canonical location for our source releases: http://reproducible.alioth.debian.org/releases/ I've added documentation to these projects with instructions on how to upload here, including how to GPG sign the tarball. Regards, -- ,''`.
