It's a very annoying warning we can do nothing about so I agree with

9 is the real bug that needs to be tackle, diffoscope can do
nothing about it (except stop to build-depend on python3-guestfs (that
can be done to avoid removal from testing if qemu/libguestfs is not
fixed in time).

I'm fine with anything that's

Andrew, can you please look at this?
TBH, this kind of bug would fit my definition of severity:serious, it's
not
ls_config(1), so I believe calling autotools-dev
manually now is more useless than ever.
IOW: it's probably better/cleaner to just remove --with autotools-dev.
