The bug is still present. To be honest I don't think I have time to work on
this right now, so we can close this PR if you want. I tried to find the code
that was related to this functionality

Sure, I agree, I think at the time putting the label seemed to be
reasonable, after reading the documentation.

Hi @HyukjinKwon, I never worked on the fix, because I never got
confirmation if this is actually a bug or not. This PR demonstrates the bug I
posted on Jira.
