On Ubuntu 14.04, make ptestlong has 3 problems:
sage -t --long src/sage/combinat/sf/sfa.py # Bad exit: 2
sage -t --long src/sage/graphs/generators/smallgraphs.py # 1 doctest failed

This one is my fault. It has been fixed there:

and is perhaps caused by the fact that I do have gap_packages installed, so
this test is run, but then the output is wrong!

Nice to see the happy cooperation on that ticket.
On SageMathCloud, built from source, passes long tests (ptestlong) with a
single failure in
src/sage/interfaces/expect.py
which then passes when run independently.
