OS X Intel machine, documentation fails to build with errors like
OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files:
'/var/folders/z6/yjw_7s357yx3_mhh81__lplc0000gn/T/tmpu490zz15'
I just built 10.3.rc4 on the same machine and it succeeded.
