In order to try to track down the problem with Python 3 and polynomial_rational_flint.pyx on Debian (see https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/28334 — help wanted!), I installed VirtualBox and a Debian 10 virtual machine on my iMac. Most doctests pass, but I am getting some numerical noise. Did I misconfigure something? Is this to be expected? Any advice?
