Hi Chamikara,
Not directly performance related, but I'm fairly sure we could straighten
the codepath that processes the RM protocol messages (create, terminate
etc). We discussed it on list a while ago... I'll try and come up with a
patch.

The latest RM spec (as voted in last week) also has a major piece of
function that means that you can't just drop in Rampart and Sandesha.
